Terms of Use
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Prova Trust platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Prova provides a verifiable AI infrastructure platform that enables hardware-attested data processing, credential delegation, and cryptographic attestation services. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related documentation.
Prova operates as a processing and attestation layer, not as a custodian of your regulated or enterprise data. We process payloads within hardware-secured enclaves, return full results to you (via API response, portal download, browser-local storage where applicable, and/or an optional webhook to infrastructure you control), and retain server-side only cryptographic hashes of outputs, attestation proofs, and limited operational metadata. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts & Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you delegate to the platform. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized parties. Prova processes delegated credentials within hardware-secured enclaves and destroys them after use, but you acknowledge that you delegate credentials at your own risk.
5. Your Data & Retention Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all rights and authorizations needed to submit or delegate data to the Service, and for retaining, securing, and using outputs delivered to you. Prova does not undertake to store full copies of your outputs on your behalf for long-term record-keeping. If you configure a results webhook, you are responsible for the security and compliance of the receiving endpoint. You may verify integrity of a stored copy by comparing its hash to the hash Prova retains or by using our attestation verification tools.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's security mechanisms
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to process data you do not have authorization to access
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Prova Trust, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Prova does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prova Trust, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
